"We'll
Miss You!"
On November
15th, 2006 Justin Cooper, Benjamin Bellas, Ross Moreno, and Jayve
Montgomery converged on the Chicago Cultural Center cafe in order
to present We’ll Miss You!! This
multi-media event brought together live instrumentation, multiple
objects, and an array of different characters to tell the story
of this guy’s increasingly surreal Hawaiian vacation and his
hilariously desperate quest to find that perfect something to throw
into the mouth of Mauna Loa, the largest volcano on earth. Part
monologue, part TV show, part sketch comedy, and part hallucination,
We’ll Miss You!! unfolds over 18 episodes filled with mystery,
adventure, and weirdness.
You see, ever
since he was little, our guy has wanted to see a volcano, but now
a big (but not that big) promotion and a newborn son are seriously
compromising his chances of making the dream come true. Will he
make it? Will he figure out what to throw in there? Or will he fall
victim to his mammalian emotions or, worse, an ugly reptilian power
trip? Find out when you tune in next time to We’ll Miss You!!…
